We are looking for a Sr Compensation Analyst to join our team. This position will directly report to the VP Total Rewards and is responsible for developing compensation plans to help our Company attract, retain and motivate associates.

  • Prepares costs estimates for changes to existing compensation programs

  • Conducts external market pricing and internal equity reviews

  • Maintains the Compensation Reporting Tool

  • Evaluates job grades, prepare job descriptions, and helps administer the Salary Administration Program

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in business-related discipline or related field required

  • Requires 4 years' experience in an equivalent compensation role with hands on work with salary and incentive plan administration and salary surveys

  • Experience in the design, implementation and use of compensation tools and technology

  • Thorough understanding of FLSA requirements
