Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking a motivated Content Manager with strong writing, process management and organizational skills to join our Global Marketing team in the U.S. You will help build the brand equity of A&M's corporate and personal leadership content by managing the LinkedIn profiles of select stakeholders and editorial requests in the U.S. The role will report to the U.S.-based leader responsible for A&M's personal LinkedIn and corporate content programs.
Personal LinkedIn Management
Write effective announcements for senior stakeholders' LinkedIn profiles that drive engagement with prospects, clients, recruits and A&M professionals that follow the styles of:
- News announcements
- A&M announcements
- Blogs commenting on trends
- Fun, Core Values-based promotions
- Job openings
Work directly with senior stakeholders to propose drafts, edit and publish materials
Operate social media content platform to schedule and publish content and adjust approaches to copy based on performance of materials
Research appropriate third-party news articles to suggest to stakeholders for featuring with custom commentary on their LinkedIn channels
Report on content performance using Global Marketing's analytics tools
Own process for onboarding contractors who will be responsible for the creation, publishing and reporting of content for stakeholders when appropriate
Writing & Editing Projects
Own process for assigning editorial requests to A&M contract editors. Clarify specific client needs on requests, make suggestions to enhance copy and assist in setting up job briefs
Create, edit and provide copywriting support as needed for corporate communications including A&M.com web pages; social posts; and articles
Help maintain library system of corporate content including PowerPoint templatesto reflect current firmwide stats and significant news
Serve as a brand ambassador reinforcing A&M content best practices
Required Experience
A number of years' experience writing and managing digital content campaigns
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Strong written and oral communications skills and ability to pitch ideas to senior stakeholders
Experience working with social media content and analytics platforms (Oktopost a plus+)
Ability to research and identify relevant third-party content for blogging purposes
