Provide general administrative and office support activities to executives, managers, and other professionals, by preparing correspondence and other documents, maintaining office files and databases, preparing meeting minutes and routine reports, ordering and receiving office supplies. Perform other duties including the skilled use of a computer, including but not limited to spreadsheets, databases, word processing, presentations, easements, and technical documents. Assist engineers and managers in organizing ongoing projects by coordinating resources, meetings, timelines, and information.
