Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity for a creative and charismatic individual to be part of the Operations team for Global Retention Programs (GRP). GRP's mission is to provide support to the high value, strategic accounts across the entire Retention Lifecycle and boost retention, growth and early renewals in those accounts.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to help scale what we learn in the GRP Program to the wider business, by surfacing insights from the data collected across the accounts teams, testing and iterating on winning practices. You will work directly with senior stakeholders and be the natural extension of operations horsepower. You will have the opportunity to work on several business initiatives and be empowered to lead problem solving leading to continuous improvement.

If you have strong skill base in data analysis, analytics and business acumen; plus the ability to work with cross-functional teams this is the role for you.

What you'll do:


  • As a Business Analyst, you will work with the team to own end-to-end delivery of multiple business process related work stream
  • Lead analysis of our GRP data set including account health tracking, win/loss analysis, forward looking risk, trends.
  • Problem solving meetings within the team to improve processes through analytic approaches, see "so what" and, develop thorough, straightforward recommendations
  • Own projects, understand & scope project requirements and map out delivery plan
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify next steps of action for the success of project
  • Apply lean product principles in your day-to-day problem solving and lead any knowledge sharing sessions
  • Assess workload across the team and help the team to manage heavy projects, prioritization, and workload sharing
  • Develop processes, standard operating procedures, and templates to improve efficient and impact of the GRP team
  • Coach/mentor a team of specialists, associates, and interns to succeed and foster a positive work environment
  • Collaborate and engage with cross-functional stakeholders through targeted, crisp, and timely communication to identify the business growth opportunities

What you'll need:


  • Master's Degree from top B schools preferred
  • Bachelor's required in either Physics, Math, Technology, Computer Science, Business or Economics
  • Be authorized to work for any employer in the US
Who you are:

  • A professional with 0-4 years of work experience in a top IT related company; management consulting companies with IT client experience is a plus
  • 0-4 years in a business role in an IT or consulting in domains Applications Program & Portfolio Management, Security & Risk Management, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure & Operations, Sourcing & Vendor Relationships Management, Enterprise Architecture
  • A focus on research and building business recommendations work experience is preferred but not required
  • Other work experience related to research or technology is a plus
  • Hands-on IT experience preferred
