YOUR ROLE


  • Steers and drives regional execution of sales and channel excellence roadmap
  • Continuously evaluates existing and possible channel partners Support team in developing ambitious, but realistic long-term growth plans
  • Owns revenue, margin, and profitability forecasts and results with accountability for hitting aggressive annual growth targets
  • Responsible for setting strategic priorities and executing programs to drive profitable growth, reduce customer churn, and increase loyalty and engagement
  • Responsible for new business development within Specialty Retail channel
  • Responsible for bringing rich insights and analysis about our customers, our markets, our brand, and our service to the forefront.
  • Work with functional teams and leadership in creating and guiding the critical thinking to define the strategies to win for the channel
  • Provide clear direction and leadership to cross functional Henkel teams regarding strategy, responsibilities and expectations for their channel
  • Provide guidance for account negotiations and support negotiations if needed
  • Support team in internal tasks and required escalations (e.g., regarding Supply Chain)
  • Effectively manage expenses while following CSCA guidelines

YOUR SKILLS

  • A successful, experienced Sales Manager with 5 or more years in the beauty industry.
  • A college degree preferred but not required when applicant has strong industry experience.
  • Must be well organized with strong administrative skills
  • Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit while operating within corporate guidelines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships of all organizational levels.
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Ability to assimilate and analyze large amounts of data quickly.
  • Proficient in word, excel and power point.
  • Knowledge of pivot tables is desirable
  • Travel requirements: Up to 30% travel
The salary for this role is $115,000.00 - $125,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
