* Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in ground up commercial construction and a related degree in Construction Management or relevant experience

We strive for excellence and are looking for a Construction Project Manager with the same mindset. We build a variety of projects and are looking for someone with experience on ground up commercial and retail projects.

What You Will Be Doing As the Construction Project Manager you will provide supervision over Quality Managers, Office Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and Assistant Admins. You will need to see the project from implementation to completion and be involved with different phases such as estimating handoff, project kickoff, pre-qualification of subcontractors, change orders, and maintaining project schedule.
What You Need for this Position - 5+ years of experience on ground up commercial projects
- Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera and Procore is preffered
- Ability to utilize technologies such as digital plan rooms, BIM, or laser scanning
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
