Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach is looking for an Overnight Guest Service Agent to join the Front Office Team!

This luxurious oceanfront retreat offers a world of style, service and connection with globally inspired architecture and design. The hotel has 290 rooms with an expansive pool terrace with private cabanas, a 6 th floor fitness center, a tranquil boutique Spa, over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and 5 food and beverage outlets. This includes a restaurant, pool side grill, cocktail lounge, marketplace, and in-room dining.

• Classification: Full-Time
• Shift: PM (Overnights) - must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

What will I be doing?

During third shift, an Overnight Guest Service Agent greets and registers guests, providing prompt and courteous service to guests of this luxury property in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specific tasks required of the position include:

• Check guests into and out of the hotel.
• Resolve guest challenges during their stay in the hotel.
• Upgrade guests, and promote hotel services and amenities.
• Complete the guest registration process, code electronic keys, and make appropriate selection of rooms based on guest needs.
• Promote and administer Marketing Programs (Hilton Honors) for arriving guests.
• Ensure guest knows location of room, and arrange for team member to accompany guest to room.
• Provide welcome packet containing room keys, tokens of our appreciation, gifts, etc. to the guest.
