Gold Floor Attendant

As a Gold Floor Attendant with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, you will be an ambassador of exceptional VIP service and specialty cuisine that are the hallmarks of our luxury lifestyle brand. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our food & beverage service allows our guests to experience intimate luxury servicewhile enjoying the exclusive atmosphere of ourFairmont Gold Lounge.

Overview

Our exclusive hotel-within-a-hotel consisting of 45 luxury rooms and suites. Our dedicated Fairmont Gold team strives to deliver the highest level of personalized service while providing exclusive Food & Beverage service in our private Fairmont Gold Lounge.

What you will be doing:

• Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service
• Provide individual Table Service in private Fairmont Gold Lounge
• Assist in Lounge Buffet presentantionsandproper garnishing of all menu items offered
• Continually monitor the quality of all menu items & restocking floor amenities
• Distribute food orders out to the service floor utilizing proper luxury-premiumtechniques and standards.
• Ensure a positive first impression of the restaurant for our guests through detailed cleanliness, set-up and delivery.
• Follow all safety & sanitiation policies when handling our food and beverage

Your experience and skills include:

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining U.S. work authorization.
