Enterprise Data Architect will work with Product and Engineering to shape how value streams become digital products. They will have a focus on the direction and implementation of enterprise data integrations, security, governance, and best practices. They will shape the boundaries of products/systems and where engineering efforts should be focused within a value stream.

Responsibilities

• Help to develop and implement data and integration architecture strategies for the organization to ensure data integration, interoperability, and consistency across systems and processes.
  
  


• Define and maintain data and integration standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  
  


• Collaborate with Data Engineering team on Snowflake,DBT, internal and external pipelines and metric layer implementations
  
  


• Work with business stakeholders, data analysts, and other technical teams to identify data and integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
  


• Design and oversee the development of data models, data flows, and data mappings to support business processes and reporting needs.
  
  


• Identify and mitigate risks associated with data and integration projects and initiatives, including data privacy and security risks.
  
  


• Evaluate and recommend new data and integration technologies, tools, and platforms to improve efficiency and effectiveness of data integration processes.
  
  


• Collaborate with other architects and technical teams to ensure consistency and alignment of data and integration architecture with other technology domains.
  
  


• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams and business users to ensure successful implementation and adoption of data and integration solutions.
  
  


• Participate in data governance initiatives to ensure the organization's data assets are managed effectively and efficiently.
  
  


• Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to data and integration architecture.
  
  

• Strong data architecture experience
  
  


• Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Github Actions and ArgoCD
  
  


• Experience designing enterprise solutions in cloud computing environments such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure
  
  


• Experience with Kubernetes and other related technology such as Helm and Istio
  
  


• Experience designing enterprise solutions around CRM systems, especially Salesforce
  
  


• Experience working in an agile software development environment, including close collaboration with Product
