In this exceptionally rewarding position, you'll ensure our patients receive the highest standard of care. You'll monitor productivity and performance, provide coaching and training, ensuring efficient, professional and helpful patient assistance with inbound and outbound calls.

How you'll make aa difference:

• Provide department leadership including mentoring, problem solving, increasing productivity, coaching for success, and process improvement.


• Correspond with management on employee/HR issues, state of the department and any service issues involving key clients or legal issues to the company.


• Ensure the success of maintaining strong working relations with clients and prompt communication regarding concerns and problem resolution


• Analyze reporting data trends within team relative to quality to ensure efficiency and productivity requirements are maximized to benefit patients.


• Provide feedback to team related to productivity and efficiency


• Assist team members concerns and handling escalated issues relative to prior authorizations, benefits, eligibility, etc.


• External client communication


• Monitor quality and case volume through the generation of client database and Call Center reports, random call monitoring and random case file audits.


• Conduct monthly 1:1 meetings


• Coach and mentor team members


• Conduct team meetings


• Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) Daily


• Ensure key performance metrics are met for team


• Write/Revise SOPs and Job Aids as needed


• Assist in Drug Launches


• Hiring/Interviewing potential personnel

What you'll need to be a success:

• High School Diploma or GED required


• 2 + years of Supervisory, Lead or SME Experience required


• Healthcare experience


• Specialty Pharmacy Experience preferred

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 50,600 - 84,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
