Job Description:

A growing hospice company in the Las Vegas area is urgently seeking a RN Executive Director Hospice to join their senior leadership team.

This family-owned hospice company is among the largest in the area and recently moved into a 22,000 sq. ft. corporate office building. Their already robust patient volume is expected to increase substantially with the addition of a new inpatient unit.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the RN Executive Director Hospice will be well supported by a Hospice Director of Nursing and have oversight of all Hospice Clinical Staff, Social Services, and Spiritual Services. The RN Executive Director Hospice will have the opportunity to grow into the Executive Director role over time to oversee two Directors of Nursing.

The RN Executive Director Hospice will oversee the Hospice team to provide quality care to patients and their families before, during, and after death. The RN Executive Director Hospice will direct all clinical programs, manage budgets, develop and implement performance improvement objectives, and report to the Board on a monthly basis.
