IT Project Mgmt Sr. Manager - Reporting & Analytics

POSITION SUMMARY

This position leads the ITSM Service Performance & Analytics (SPA) team within the Global Infrastructure and Operations organization reporting to the Director of CMDB, Services and Reporting.

This role will lead a team of analysts and developers responsible for creating highly visible reporting solutions that are delivered across technology leadership. Responsibility will include the assurance of data quality in report logic and underlying sources by partnering with all areas of ITSM and technical leads. In addition, this role will be responsible for ongoing maintenance of the DataMart with a focus on the future state path for DataMart to reduce cost and improve quality.

This leader will maintain strong connectivity across all areas of technology and will be highly visible. They must be comfortable presenting to executives and providing urgent analysis to senior technology leaders.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the intake and strategy for a team of developers and analysts


• Maintain delivery commitments on all recurring jobs and standard reports.


• Provide clarity for all ITSM stakeholders on what data is required for reporting and ensure systems are in place to flag erroneous/missing data.


• Consistently work with ITSM Process owners to define data requirements and ensure controls are in place to promote data quality.


• Develops 3-5 year roadmaps, outlooks, and target state architectures that are aligned with strategies of the ITSM platform team

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, advanced degree a plus


• Extensive experience in data analytics, reporting methodologies in Tableau or ServiceNow native reporting.


• Several years of experience in managing teams


• Full understanding of ITIL standards


• Execution focused with a "get things done" attitude


• Able to process high volumes of complex information, synthesize key themes, and recommend paths forward


• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior executives and customers


• Ability to build, maintain, and grow high-performing teams


• Deep practitioner of Agile and Lean methodologies


• Demonstrated continuous improvement and continuous learning mindset

• Comprehensive knowledge of reporting tools and capabilities with a primary focus on Tableau and ServiceNow


• Programming experience a plus with a focus on python or javascript


• Expert level skills in excel for efficient data review
