Immediately hiring a Part-time Cashier/Receptionist for our Ford store in Exton, PA!

Hours: 4pm-8pm a few days a week and every other Saturday 9-5pm. Possible day time availability.

The Cashier/Receptionist is responsible for answering telephones, making deposits, filing, and assisting the Service Department with clerical responsibilities.
Assisting the Service Department with finalizing customer service and waiting on customers at the end of their appointmentClosing out repair orders in the computer and ADP systemAnswering the phones in a prompt and pleasant mannerPreparing and making depositsFiling assorted documents for both service and accounting departmentsPreparing pre-write appointment packets for the next day's service appointmentsInputting of additional service requestsCalculating payments and performing data entryPerforming minor accounting and minor clerical work
