Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Material Planning Administrator located in Buffalo Grove, IL.

Shift: 6am-6pm

Reporting to the Material Planning Manager, the Material Planning Administrator role involves responsible for performing the administrative tasks relating to material planning.

What a typical day looks like:

• Coordinate and follow up all material requirement until PO issue


• Follow up and monitor the delivery schedule on time


• Provide support to the team on the material planning status

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent with experience


• Typically requires 4-6 years of related experience.


• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.


• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
