Basic Job Functions:
Nucor Fastener is seeking an HR Administrator who will provide general office support, assisting with recruitment, teammate relations, new hire orientations, benefits and other personnel related duties. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to, assisting in company sponsored programs/projects, clerical tasks such as answering a multiline phone system, general office duties for office and production departments, in addition to demonstrating a high level of confidentiality assisting the divisions HR department with multiple HR customer service functions.
