Key participant in the general ledger and month-end closing, including ensuring adherence to strict deadlines, posting journal entries, preparing and compiling control reports, and preparing and compiling account reconciliations
Records and reports all corporate cash receipts
Supports the annual audit, budgeting and financial analysis, and quarterly reviews for general ledger related items
Utilizes financial systems to support accounting requirements
Supports the continuous financial systems upgrades
Identifies, implements, documents, and enhances business processes
Supports maintenance of Corporate Accounting policies and procedures
Prepares management reports and ad hoc assignments as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in either Accounting or Finance or relevant, equivalent experience and/or education
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Ability to multi-task as well as reprioritize and balance workload based on changing needs
