Job Description:

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Campus Information Technology Technician, responds to first level technical help desk requests for faculty and students for American Career College. Provides support with the maintenance of computer workstations, printer hardware, projectors and other related devices.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Responds to first level technical help desk requests received from faculty and students for American Career College. 


• Thoroughly documents and tracks daily activities within the Help Desk ticketing system. 


• Assists campus technician with maintenance of all necessary hardware. 


• Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling faculty and students. Properly performs and maintains cable management. 

EDUCATION: 

• High school graduate or equivalent required.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: 

• Strong customer service skills. 


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 


• Experience with MS Office.

Minimum: $27/hr rate - Maximum $36/hr. rate

Salary:

$31.00
