ABOUT YOU: We are looking for a 2nd Shift Supervisor for our CNC department who is self-motivated, responsible, diligent, detailed, task oriented, and reliable. Does this sound like you? If so, YOU are exactly who we are looking for.
THE POSITION: As the 2nd Shift Supervisor in our CNC Department at our Watertown, SD facility you will be responsible for scheduling work to meet production requirements, training and development of employees and managing productivity and work quality. Recommends equipment upgrades, staffing adjustments, and process or product modifications. Responsibilities may extend to overall facilities security and maintenance as needed or required. We offer a competitive base wage of $24-$28/hr depending on experience, plus bonus! YOUR TEAM: You would be a member of the Watertown CNC department and would report directly to the CNC Department Manager and would have counterpart on 1st shift during the week.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: HS Diploma or Equivalent
