Therefore employees assigned may be required to perform additional job tasks required by the manager.Leverage chemistry knowledge to propose and/or design adsorbent and related materials for different gas separations and purificationsYou will use chemistry skills to prepare and/or modify new adsorbent and related materials for new uses and applicationsApply advanced characterization methods to determine the properties of adsorbents and related materialsUse analytical skills to collect and/or analyze routine and non-routine adsorption and materials property data and proposes and/or develops new analysis and test methods, as requiredAlso, you will handle and use chemicals, gases, and cryogens in accordance with all Linde Engineering, and safety and environmental regulationsLead small to medium-sized R&D programs to meet their technical goals, timing objectives and budget requirementsDevelop intellectual property documents, detailed technical reports and other project related or project management documentationAdditionally, you will plan work activities for the programs under their leadership and delegates work items to other project team members, to accelerate progressMaintain relationships with key suppliers and participates in joint development and other technical collaborations with suppliers or third partiesCommunicate clearly and collaborate effectively with peers and R&D staff members and show a willingness to take direction and input from others
