WebsterRogers LLP is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to work in our Bluffton office.  The ideal candidate will have an Associates degree with 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant.  This position requires the ability to communicate professionally with clients, scan documents, assist with tax processing, e-filing and extensions, answer incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate associates, distribute mail, maintain flow of correspondence and requisition of supplies, facilitate deposits, as well as additional clerical duties.  The successful candidate must be able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.  Occasional overtime required.

  • AS in Business Administration or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant - preferably in a professional services environment

  • Must be able to project professional image to our clients and the community

  • Must have multi-tasking experience

  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

  • Outstanding communication skills required

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
