Location: Waterloo, IA

Salary: $100,000.00 USD Annually - $110,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a SENIOR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER in Iowa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement, analyzing existing processes, and implementing changes to optimize efficiency and productivity. The Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.


Responsibilities:

• Identify areas for process improvement and develop plans to optimize processes


• Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and inefficiencies


• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives and projects


• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure successful implementation


• Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of process improvements


• Provide training and support to employees on new and improved processes


• Monitor and track process improvements to ensure sustainability


• Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field


• 3+ years of experience in process improvement or related field


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams


• Excellent communication and presentation skills


• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools


• Experience in implementing process improvements in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred


• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
