Job Summary

The IT Developer Analyst Sr. is responsible for front and back-end software development. Under minimal supervision, this programmer develops and enhances applications using .Net technologies and Microsoft SQL Server.

The IT Developer Analyst Sr. will work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment to develop, maintain and support desktop/web applications used by Sales and Product Managers within our GUI framework, as well as backend processes/services that support the front end clients, through rapid prototyping and high frequency iterations of potential solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design overall architecture of an application.


• Produce efficient and elegant code based on requirements.


• Support and maintain existing desktop WPF applications and MVC/Angular applications.


• Design, develop, and deliver new applications per specifications supplied by off-site project managers and business leads


• Analyze production support issues to determine root cause and take necessary course of action for resolution, including direct interaction with business analysts and end-users.


• Collaborate with management, departments and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications


• Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.


• Testing and deploying programs and applications.


• Troubleshoot, debug, maintain and improve existing software.


• Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance.


• Observe user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products.


• Develop technical documentation to guide future software development projects.

Bachelor's Degree in relevant industry field (Required) .

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience, preferably with exposure to some or all of the following: .Net Core, Angular,

• MS SQL Server Programming.
• Knowledge of RESTful API, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, Bootstrap.
• Strong debugging and problem solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines for multiple tasks and projects.

• Experience with Sales; Compensation and/or Inventory systems.
• Experience in Agile Framework/JIRA
• Knowledge of repositories like Subversion or Bit bucket. .
• Knowledge of third party controls like Infragistics /Telerik.
