Here’s What You’ll Get To Do



  • Provide informal guidance to new team members and will lead small projects.

  • Analyze possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and data.

  • Impact quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies.

  • Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.

  • Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.

  • Ability to solve straightforward problems and has a rudimentary understanding of quality systems, statistical tools and procedures.

  • New product development projects, supplier improvement efforts, &/or customer/product issues of moderate scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

  • Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

  • Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.

  • Demonstrate general business principles.


What We’re Looking For



  • Bachelor’s degree in technical field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, optics engineering) or equivalent experience. 5+ years related experience and/or training.

  • Experience working in a higher-level QMS (ISO 9000, QS 9000, etc.) is highly preferred.

  • CQE, Green Belt certification or equivalent experience
