Dematic has an immediate need for Manufacturing Maintenance Support at our facility located in Grand Rapids, MI. This position will be responsible for upkeep of the facility in a multitude of projects including cleaning and housekeeping initiatives.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $60,500 - $91,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You Will do in This Role:
Manage facility improvement projects and timelines
Track and maintain timelines to ensure completion to schedule
Manage tasks being completed by outside contractors
Responsible for ensuring all contractors are following Dematic safety protocols
Perform and/or assign shop maintenance tasks
System and machine troubleshooting
Order supplies when needed
Software used includes: Jira, Remedy Force/Salesforce, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Kronos, SAP, Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, One Note, Teams, etc., TeamViewer, Vizio, Zebra handheld scanners, and Internet browsers.
Maintain accurate inventory levels for machines and equipment
Will have face-to-face interactions within all departments.
All other duties as assigned by supervisor
What We are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, with 3-5 years' relevant work experience preferred. Facilities Management (IFMA) certification preferred.
Must be able to demonstrate exceptional organizational skills as this is critical for success in this role.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to work independently as well as enjoy working with others/as part of a team.
Must have the ability to work with all levels within the organization, with an unwavering customer focus and excellent customer service skills.
Must have demonstrated independent follow through on tasks and action items
