Bachelor’s in Cmptr Scnce, Cmptr Infrmtn Systms or rel. field w/5 yrs of wrk exp. in the pos. off. or rel. Must know (thru acad training or wrk exp) Salesforce User Admin., crting pge layouts, orgnzing fields, vldtion rules, wrkflw rules, field lvl security, custom apprvl prcess & automation; prfrmng declarative frmewrks on Custom sttings, Custom lbels, Omnichannel on Salesforce Lghtning envir.; enhncing srvice cloud spprt w/ Email to Case, call center, Web to Case to enter generated cases to Case Object; wrking on production spprt tckets to spprt SDC agents thru JIRA & ServiceNow; & wrking on dplmnt actvties to deploy the rspctive components into dif. sndbxes & prdction by using Change sets. Must be a Copado Certified Admin.; Flosum Certified Professional; a Salesforce Certified Admin., Salesforce Certified Platform Dvlpr I; Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder; a Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant; & Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
