Transportation - Project Manager at Ardurra Group LLC in Phoenix, Arizona

Job Description:

Ardurra is now hiring a Transportation Project Manager to join our Transportation Group in Phoenix, AZ.


Primary Function
Ideal candidates will have established relationships with multiple public agencies within Arizona and have past experience in winning projects. The candidate should have a successful history in managing a multi-disciplinary design team on Transportation projects.


Primary Duties



  • Responsibilities include monitoring the budget, schedule, and quality of transportation projects, supervise and mentor staff, and developing and maintaining client relationships. Projects can range from pavement rehabilitation, intersection improvements, roadway widening, freeway widening, and interchange projects.


Skills include:




    • Experience managing a multidisciplinary team including subconsultants.

    • Experience managing staff with various levels of abilities and experience.

    • Successful experience in proposal writing to obtain work.

    • Ability to market projects with various agencies

    • Project experience with ADOT, MCDOT, and local municipalities/agencies is desirable.



Education and Experience Requirements



  • Candidate must have a BS in Engineering with at least 10 years of management experience on transportation projects and is a registered civil engineer in the state of Arizona.
