An exciting opportunity has recently come available for an RN Manager at this well-regarded Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Join this outstanding health system in one of California’s most picturesque and beautiful areas.

This recently remodeled 50+ bed facility offers a wide array of services for the population of California’s Central Valley. Offering a calm, soothing recovery environment, this hospital has earned an outstanding reputation for high-quality patient care and great customer satisfaction surveys. The Skilled Nursing RN Manager will join a facility that works closely with one of the area’s prominent medical centers, a medical center that for Joint / Orthopedics, Cardiology, Neurology, and Diabetes Care.

Reporting to the Director of Patient Care Services, the Skilled Nursing Manager will oversee a wide array of patient care operations at this facility. Supporting the Manager in this are two outstanding Nursing Supervisors who oversee Skilled Nursing (SNF) Registered Nurses, LPNs, and CNAs.

The Manager of Skilled Nursing will be supported by an amazing team of Nurses, LVNs, Physicians, and Nurse Practitioners. The primary patient population here are short-term rehabilitation patients receiving care for high-acuity cardiac, orthopedics, and neurology. Another important piece of the hospital’s service offerings is its Skilled Nursing unit, which provides Long-term care for a wide array of patient populations. 

The RN Manager at this Skilled Nursing Facility will take responsibility for day-to-day clinical and operational oversight of a large, compassionate nursing team. The Manager will:

• develop, implement, and maintain Nursing Policies and Procedures, coordinating updates as needed and serving as the facility’s subject matter expert.


• collaborate with leaders throughout the region and the health system do develop operational synergies in care transitions.


• serve as a clinical mentor and leader for nursing staff, promoting shared governance, supporting patient / client dignity and satisfaction, and fostering educational growth
