The Laboratory Manager, Inpatient will report to the Director of Laboratory Services and work collectively to ensure goals are consistent with the overall strategic direction of the facility. 

The Hospital Laboratory Manager will oversee a team of Clinical Laboratory Scientists while ensuring compliance, turnaround time, quality and process improvement, along with department strategic planning.

Requirement include: 

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree 


• MT or MLS Certification 


• Experience working in acute care setting 


• 2-3 years of leadership experience
