Job Description:

A national leading healthcare system based in south Florida is now seeking an experienced Manager Radiation Therapy to join their award winning organization.

This not-for-profit system comprises multiple acute care hospital locations and hundreds of outpatient care locations throughout the south Florida region. 

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Manager Radiation Therapy will oversee the clinical and administrative functions of the radiation oncology department. The Manager Radiation Therapy is supported by two Chief Radiation Therapists and leads a team of 50+ Radiation Therapists. Daily responsibilities include coordinating department activities, serves as an expert clinical resource, assists the Director Operations with department budgets, serves as a liaison between radiation oncology and other departments, and is an active leader on both the Cancer Committee and Performance Improvement teams.  

Requirements Include:

• Active license for Radiation Therapy through ARRT


• Progressive leadership experience overseeing a large staff


• Expert knowledge of radiation oncology, proton, and photon therapy
