Stewart Moving & Storage is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our customer service team to cover our Northern Region. This position will assist our customers with the coordination of relocation services. Coordination involves high volume phone calls both inbound and outbound, general administrative work and paperwork processing. The ideal candidate will have a positive demeanor, be able to multi task, have good computer skills, as well as great interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. They must enjoy being challenged and be able to handle hard situations in the best interest of both the customer and company. Dependability is of the utmost importance. Prior customer service experience preferred.
This is a full time, in office position M - F 8:00am - 5:00pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides the highest level of customer service at all times
Thorough organization of paperwork and processes
Inbound and outbound calls
Addresses customer concerns and issues or escalates them as needed
Process paperwork & documents
Handle Administrative duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to read/speak/write fluently in English
Neat, clean, and professional appearance
Strong work ethic
Great people skills
Strong attention to detail and an interest in accuracy
Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Constant positive and energetic attitude
Highly motivated and willing to learn new skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Knowledge and experience of/with proper telephone etiquette
Proficiency with all common computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Reader, etc)
