In this exciting role as an IT Business Analyst, you will help the Patient & Technical Services (PTS) team by providing oversight for programs that create access to data and drive insights to the organization. As a PTS team member, you will meet our customers' expectations through consistent demonstration of valued behaviors + guiding principles and ensure those expectations are carried through as programs are implemented and maintained.

This position can be 100% remote .

A Day in the Life

In general, the following responsibilities apply for the IT Business Analyst role. This includes, but is not limited to the following:

This role ensures that day to day operations involving data, dashboards and reporting is running smoothly for the PTS team. The person in this position will implement continuous process improvements and will report outcomes to the business on a regular cadence. This role is expected to maintain current state, with a large focus on joining additional data sets to create reports that drive insights that help us effectively run our business and measure results. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Designs Tableau reports and leverages existing data sets, joining them together to create meaningful insights

• P rovides technical data expertise for system functional specifications and deploys new and current systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner.

• Configures data system settings and options; plan and execute unit, system, and integration testing to meet business requirements.

• Leading cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

• Oversee programs within scope including team performance, communicating project and operational developments, planning, prioritizing and / or directing the responsibilities of program team members.

• Diagrams and evaluates existing processes.

• Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.

• Collects data to identify root cause of problems.

• Measures performance against process requirements.

• Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.

• Additional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MUST HAVE - MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience, OR advanced degree with 0 years of work experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience working and developing reports within Tableau, Spotfire, or similar systems and writing stories and requirements

• Experience working independently with general supervision on larger, moderately complex projects

• Experience implementing cross functional assignments leveraging large data sets

• Experience leading projects in a high-volume environment

The provided base salary range is used nationally (except in certain CA locations).The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience,certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.

Base pay is based on numerous factors and may vary depending on job-relatedknowledge, skills, and experience .
