Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer, you'll steer the quality improvement ship, guiding our Quality Coordinator and Stroke/Sepsis Coordinator like the seasoned captain you are.

• Navigate the sea of regulatory and accreditation activities, staying on course with Joint Commission, state interventions, and core measures.


• Hoist the sail of strategic initiatives, leading your crew towards the horizon of healthcare excellence.


• Be the compass, discerning and following trends within hospital quality data, presenting your findings to the C-suite like a seasoned mariner.


• Seek new lands, with opportunities to grow within our healthcare network to larger hospitals and even Division leadership roles.

• Holds the Master's key - a Master's Degree.


• Bears the badge of honor - an RN License in the State of Florida.


• Has voyaged the seven seas - 5-8+ years of related experience in acute hospital quality.


• Is an eloquent tale teller - proven success in leadership, communication, and healthcare management.


• Is a certified quality admiral - Certified in Healthcare Quality and Management, or Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
