SUMMARY
Measure and visually inspect components received that require Inspection. This will include review of purchase order, drawing, andinspection plan requirements against parts received. All data collected will be entered into the ERP system. Discrepancies and stockmovements will be handled per established, documented procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)
· Read blueprints, inspection plans, schematics, specifi cations, and special instructions for the inspection of incoming material.
· Electro-Mechanical inspection utilizing microscopes, calipers, gauge blocks, micrometer, height gauge, and other manual equipment todetermine material compliance to specifi cations.
· Manage MRB cage
· Complete inspection records detailing inspection results.
· Use the ERP system to generate inspection records and/or quality notifi cations.
· Ensure that assigned area is clean and organized.
· Adhere to all Hazardous Material Management and Safety rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed bysupervisor.
· Comply and follow all procedures within the company Ethics & Security policy.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- One to two years related experience and Geometric, Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and IPC-A-610
- Able to work inside Cleanroom ISO 6 classifi cation
The hourly pay range for this role is $16.75 - $28.47. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, education (if requirement noted above), geographic location, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance.
