About the Position:
The Collections Services Specialist will assist the Collections teams and work in a high volume, fast-paced inbound and outbound environment. This role specializes in accounts that require special treatment outside of normal collection activities. This role will primarily work on the phone and handle inbound and outbound calls and include managing inbound and outbound text message volume, speaking with bi-lingual customers, working with Matured Loans, and similar tasks. All work is done in compliance with the Banks' policy/procedures and applicable regulations and legal statutes. This role has a specialized and higher skill level, dealing with more complex account scenarios.
What we are looking for:
To find success in this position, a candidate should have excellent customer service skills with prior collections or customer service related experience. Great time management skills and the ability to use time productively and efficiently will also contribute to success in this position. This candidate should also be bilingual- English and Spanish speaking.
