Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Project Specialist to join our team.

This position manages assigned projects that build efficiencies, consistency, and alignment at IFC. We are committed to continuous improvement, and as such this role will continue to progress from project to project as a change agent and champion of change. This position coordinates functions between the various Territories, Region, and Home Office, working with the business units and departments across IFC to maintain data integrity and to ensure consistent validity for the benefit of internal users, company sales and customers success.

In this role, you will...

• Serve as the lead for CRM conversion


• Lead CRM rollout, implementation, and training


• Liaison between IFC associates and the CRM software support team


• Responsible for managing the cross functional, technology led, projects and programs


• Coordinate/collaborate with departments and leaders to implement SOPs by role


• Create SOS (scope of service) resources for each service type performed


• Creates and ensures effective and efficient communication across business functions


• Maintain and enhance the IFC Intranet and related systems


• Interact and collaborate with other brands for best practices


• Re-develop the structure and delivery of new hire training


• Support and assist the coordination of IFC’s AMC and related meetings


• L360 survey management and improvements


• Other duties and tasks as assigned by leadership

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related field


• 3-5 years’ experience working with CRM/project software

Minimum Requirements:

• Knowledge and understanding of computer systems, programming, and technology


• Excellent time management and analytical skills


• Exceptional organizational skills, ability to track, and follow up on multiple tasks


• A high degree of attention to detail, work independently and be self-motivated


• Effective and efficient written and electronic communication skills


• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities


• Ability to concentrate in a diverse work setting


• Proficiency with PCs and computer programs and applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro and Access


• Strong knowledge of general office procedures and office equipment


• Accurate typing skills and ten-key by touch


• Must successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
