ABOUT THE JOB:
The Engineering Administrative Assistant tasks are to coordinate various administrative duties related to Engineering designs, scheduling, and sales efforts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate engineering designs and ensure that they meet all project requirements.
Coordinate the schedule and production of drawings and incorporate them into existing drafting systems.
Review production specifications, modifying equipment settings, and facilitating design concepts.
Participate in design/engineering meetings to suggest ways to improve production and performance while using fewer company resources.
Provide design support to internal and external customers by facilitating specialized aspects and expertise in different engineering concepts, as well as design and implement engineering methodologies to maintain consistency.
Enforce and ensure compliance with industry codes, project requirements, and safety regulations.
Compile and report on process safety information for each project drawing.
Foster a collaborative atmosphere.
Assist with project work as directed by Department Manager.
Comply with all ParkUSA policies, procedures and guidelines.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

Degree in engineering related field of equivalent experience.
Experience working in Salesforce and SAP required.
Experience working in AutoCAD preferred.
Construction Industry preferred.
