Ascend Learning is hiring a highly motivated self-starter who is interested in learning about the compliance frameworks necessary to run an ethically-grounded organization. This Summer 2023 intern position will report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer and will assist in updating our organization's code of conduct, administering a company-wide compliance & ethics survey, assisting with privacy projects, and providing support for various compliance training initiatives. In addition, this intern position will provide support to other members of the Ascend legal team on a variety of corporate or business issues as they arise. This is a great opportunity to learn about compliance & ethics while also getting exposure to the in-house legal function.
This intern position can work hybrid from our Burlington, MA office location. The office is not accessible by public transit. Remote considered.
