As the Director of Nursing / Care Services Manager, you will:
…be responsible for overseeing care to Enlivant residents through a consistent care delivery model. You will lead residential case management and provide clinical oversight to Resident Care Partners (RCP), Caregiver, Medication Assistants (MA), and other resident care staff.
What you’ll do here:
Ensures quality resident care is consistently delivered in accordance with all local, state, and federal guidelines
Partners with the Executive Director on recruiting, hiring, new hire orientation, training and in-services for the Resident Care Partners, Medication Assistants, LPNs and Lead Resident Care Partners
Collaborates and partners with physicians, pharmacy, and other medical professionals to promote quality care and independence for our residents
Conducts comprehensive resident pre-admission, admission, and quarterly assessments
Provide on-call support for the community
Ensures compliance, efficiency and team’s understanding of policies and procedures
Additional duties as assigned

You have a minimum of 1 year clinical and supervisory experience

Salary Range: $ 59,000 - $ 74,000 based on experience.
You are required to complete any necessary health requirements which may change from time-to-time, such as vaccination.
