Job Description:

Join our growing, talented and caring FCCI team! In this role you will provide application development expertise and guidance to our team of less experienced and eager to learn Java developers. Together you will help identify key needs and lead the effort to create application development solutions that support successful project delivery.

Experience

• * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent: (NOTE – Relevant, progressively responsible work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education.)


• * Strong programming skills in Java; a minimum six years working knowledge with programming language including two years of hands-on design and development of enterprise type applications while mentoring/leading others.


• * Experience and enjoyment working with others in an Agile environment.


• * Advanced knowledge and understanding of tools that work with current operating systems, databases and programming languages.


• * Experience supporting custom and third party business applications, as well as understanding project interdependencies and systems integrations.


• * Advanced understanding of testing and documentation skills.


• * A passion for sharing knowledge, helping others and leading a team to achieve the common goals.

• * Four or more years’ experience with Java, XML, JSON, REST, JavaScript.


• * Experience with databases such as Oracle and SQLServer.


• * Working knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment tools and processes.
