Running food in our restaurant and lounge and assisting the server and bartender staff. This is a tipped position.

• Comply with all occupational health and safety standards

  o Personal preparation - Be on time (arrive 10 min before shift), be in correct, clean uniform and be prepared to work

  * Serve food and beverages orders, with appropriate garnishments and condiments to guests

  
  

  Responsible for making sure all food items are served as soon as they are ready.
  Respond to questions with informed answers.
  Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for the entire shift.
  Must have a good sense of balance, be able to lift, bend, kneel, stoop, push, pull and wipe.
  Must be able to frequently lift and carry food, beverage, and other items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. The employee is expected to work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description
  Complete knowledge of and strictly abides by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and drunk driving; Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
  Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for the entire shift.
  2 years experience as a Server or Food Runner.
  Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
  Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
