How You'll Make an Impact as a Mgr. Global Communications Executive!
The purpose of this role is to lead in the development of our executive corporate communications to advance the strategy, purpose and culture of the company. This role serves as a communications expert, partnering with business leadership to ensure successful internal communications to keep key stakeholders well-informed to help achieve business objectives.


  • Produce excellent executive communications. Partner with senior leaders including Chief People and Culture Officer to develop communications including organization announcements, regular leader updates and internal presentations.
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of company-wide internal meetings (in person and virtual) including all-employee town halls, quarterly management meetings.
  • Manage internal communication cadence to ensure organizational messages reinforce our message.
  • Strategically plan and draft GLT (Global Leadership Team, comprised of 150 leaders in the company) Communications, to drive our DDI (Diversification, Digitization, and Innovation) Strategy and Culture work.
  • Act as communications partner to global functions to develop key corporate communications aligned to strategy (i.e. our listening strategy, key training programs, innovation, culture, etc..)
  • Provide executive leadership support, develop messaging and content, and recommend the most effective tactics and channels to engage functional colleagues and drive our purpose, business strategy and culture.

ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance)


  • Responsible for overseeing and project managing the development of our Annual ESG Report - overseeing writing resources, identifying stories, managing internal reviews, etc.
  • Keep internal ESG stakeholders engaged and informed on global ESG activities, leveraging internal ESG resource hub, ESG newsletters and other communication channels to share content.
  • Support partner engagement with organizations that amplify our ESG strategy, such as WEF, Tent for Refugees, Welcome.us, etc

Sharing Expertise


  • Develop new, interesting, creative, and compelling ways to engage and educate internal audiences about the company strategy; regularly develop and explore new ideas and tactics.
  • Help manage and recommend content for executives' social media channels leveraging thought leadership and sharing relevant external insight.
  • Create new approaches to communications and continually evaluate the effectiveness of messaging with different audiences.
  • Contribute to alignment of reporting of ESG activity - annual report, proxy, sustainability report and social media.

Gaining Exposure


  • Work directly with Executive Leadership Team and their direct reports on leadership communications.
  • Collaborate closely with many parts of our global organization: functions, regions, countries, on a number of key topics, including ESG, Culture, and strategy among others.

Your Typical Day

  • Engage with local and global marketing teams to keep up to date on different workstreams and drive best practice.
  • Strong collaboration with multiple functions including ESG, People & Culture, Sr Leadership and SME's to drive engagement and awareness of business strategy, purpose and culture.
  • Other accountabilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related field
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and engage others
  • Outcome-driven, analytical, and global mindset
  • 5+ years of experience working directly with C-Suite Executives

Location

This position is based in our Global Headquarters located in downtown Milwaukee. Employees can enjoy an onsite cafeteria, coffee shop and gym along with beautiful views of the Milwaukee river, Deer District, and historic downtown architecture.
