Overview

Direct Support Professional: - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 2pm-10PM and Saturday 9am-5pm - Clearwater

**One year of previous caregiving, IDD, behavioral health or DSP experience in a professional setting required**

We are hiring compassionate, hard working, friendly and reliable Direct Support Professionals to work with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. (I/DD). If you don't have previous I/DD experience, we'll provide training!

Responsibilities

• Teaching skills to promote independence


• Supporting community inclusion and integration


• Assisting with daily living needs


• Mentoring individuals to help build social skills and relationships


• Provide guidance and support in daily activities

• 18 years of age or older


• Must have one year IDD, Care taking or Behavioral health experience in a professional setting


• High School diploma or equivalent


• Valid FL driver's license


• You might be driving to client's home or with client, so a reliable form of transportation
