MODE is hiring a Carrier Compliance Admin in Jacksonville! 100% remote after training.
Hours: M-F 8am-4:30pm or 830-5pm EST
About this Role
The primary duty of the Carrier Compliance Admin is to assist Compliance Department with daily administrative and organizational tasks. These duties include but are not limited to processing 3rd party reporting, company reports, monitoring the compliance shared email for new activity, filing, and inputting new carrier insurance data into proprietary operating system, answering and routing phone calls made to the Compliance Department, responding to the independent business owner/agents requests or status updates on various insurance on an as needed basis. Aiding Compliance with active carrier onboards on an as needed basis, which may include qualifying new motor carriers, responding to requests for information from independent business owner/agents and corporate employees, answering phone or email queries from motor carriers, and potentially assisting with situations that fall outside normal business operations. The Carrier Compliance Admin will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy in updating information and in providing appropriate information to the proper parties and will interact with multiple contacts throughout the supply chain by phone and email as needed. This Admin will be trained to handle an assortment of issues that arise in the various sub departments of the greater Risk Department.

Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in the transportation industry a plus, but not required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be a quick learner. Very good follow up skills and attention to detail. Multitasking, organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload a must. Excellent written and oral communication skills and must have good computer skills. Ability to adapt easily to changing priorities. Positive professional attitude.
Computer Skills: Intermediate MS Office skills, proficiency in using electronic communications such as Instant Messaging and email to succinctly convey information.
Training: Training for this position will be in the office in Jacksonville, FL.
