Description
As an Account Manager you will be supporting Vitalant's life saving mission by achieving individual monthly and annual blood donation collection goals within an assigned territory. You will get to interact with the local community by contacting coordinators at schools, community centers, and local businesses to help maintain and grow existing accounts while pursuing new blood drive accounts.

Engage in public speaking opportunities including educational presentations and community events with efforts to initiate and establish agreements intended to acquire and retain volunteer blood drives.
- Work with volunteer blood drive coordinators to help recruit and encourage first time donors, increase overall donor appointments, and increase blood drive frequency.
- Work with community coordinators to schedule and sell future blood drive dates to meet company collection goals.
- Develop personal recruitment plans along with blood drive committees to increase performance and collection goals.
- Pursue and secure new blood drive sources within assigned territory, identifying opportunities for national blood drive partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, Associate degree with 2 years related experience, OR HSD/Ged with 4 years' related experience
- Valid in-state driver's license
- 3 years related experience
