PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop and implement variety of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dynamics 365 centric solutions
Work with Stakeholders and Customers to understand the business needs to properly build out new applications and features
Ability to effectively identify and discuss requirements with business teams using excellent verbal and written communication skills
Serve as a subject matter expert in all aspects of Power Platform use and administration
Participate in design, code and test review cycles
Work with Business Analysts in an iterative/agile methodology to assist in the delivery of technical solutions
Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, and Power Platform can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement
Assist in the facilitation requirements gathering using expert listening skills and develop optimized solutions to meet the immediate and long-term needs of business
May coordinate and/or lead large projects and provide input and guidance
Be a mentor to foster growth of other team members
Manage requests for changes and prioritize work based on business needs and available resources
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
2-3 years’ experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven apps), Power Automate and Power BI
Minimum 3 years of business systems development (e.g. .NET), analysis, and support experience with Microsoft technologies
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 is a plus
Experience with the administration and configuration of Power Platform and SharePoint Online
Strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to understand business requirements
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks/deadlines
Interact frequently with Business Analysts, Developers, IT staff, and Business Users
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or similar discipline or equivalent work experience.
Office environment. Able and willing to work extended hours as may be required to support existing application and to meet delivery dates for new or revised applications.
