Position Summary


  • Hybrid Work Schedule

  • Compensation: $100,000 to $143,000

  • Approximately 20% to 25% of domestic travel

As a Change Management Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation and ensuring the successful adoption of changes within the managed Fleet. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leadership, and stakeholders to design, implement, and manage change initiatives that enhance business performance, increase employee engagement, and drive sustainable growth.

The position would have an equal proportion of support for the management and management sales functions.

Overall Account Responsibilities



  • Change Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leaders and project teams to formulate comprehensive change strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.


  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders at various levels of the organization to gain buy-in, support, and advocacy for change initiatives.


  • Communication Planning: Develop clear and effective communication plans that convey the rationale, benefits, and impacts of upcoming changes to employees, ensuring transparency and reducing uncertainty.


  • Change Readiness Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the organization's readiness for change, identifying potential challenges and designing mitigation strategies.


  • Training and Development: Create and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to new processes, technologies, or systems.


  • Resistance Management: Proactively identify and address resistance to change through coaching, education, and collaboration, fostering a culture of openness and acceptance.


  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success and effectiveness of change initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.


  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and refine change management methodologies and tools, incorporating best practices to enhance the overall change management process.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, HR, internal communication, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of change management activities into project plans.


  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of change management plans, progress, and outcomes, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Education


  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field experience; Master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in change management, organizational development, or a related role.

  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.

  • Experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for communication, data analysis, and reporting.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience. Aviation-specific experience preferred.
