JOB SUMMARY

Carries out policies and programs covering several or all of the following: employment interviewing for jobs, wage and salary administration, personnel administration, training, and benefits administration.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains and ensures compliance with HR policies, procedures and programs.


• Prepares job descriptions.


• Responsible for the recruitment process. Assists Managers and Supervisors to track open positions.


• Sources candidates from both internal and external sources. Coordinates and expedites interviews.


• Generates documentation for employees’ internal changes.


• Generates monthly and annual metrics reports.


• Responsible to provide employment certifications, in written or by phone.


• Participate in team projects that address strategic initiatives as directed by the HR Manager.


• Prepares and handles internal and external communications from the HR Department through bulletin boards, payroll distributions and emails; among others.


• Participates and coordinates in employee activities coordination.


• Adheres to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.


• Complies and follow all procedures within the company security policy.


• Complies with Good Manufacturing and Documentation Practices.


• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field.


• Minimum (1) one year of experience in HR.


• Or an equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training.


• Bilingual (Spanish & English), preferrable.
