Carries out policies and programs covering several or all of the following: employment interviewing for jobs, wage and salary administration, personnel administration, training, and benefits administration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains and ensures compliance with HR policies, procedures and programs.
Prepares job descriptions.
Responsible for the recruitment process. Assists Managers and Supervisors to track open positions.
Sources candidates from both internal and external sources. Coordinates and expedites interviews.
Generates documentation for employees’ internal changes.
Generates monthly and annual metrics reports.
Responsible to provide employment certifications, in written or by phone.
Participate in team projects that address strategic initiatives as directed by the HR Manager.
Prepares and handles internal and external communications from the HR Department through bulletin boards, payroll distributions and emails; among others.
Participates and coordinates in employee activities coordination.
Adheres to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
Complies and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
Complies with Good Manufacturing and Documentation Practices.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum (1) one year of experience in HR.
Or an equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training.
Bilingual (Spanish & English), preferrable.
Self-starter and diligent behavior
