Job Overview:
The IT Access Provisioning Specialist II is responsible for fulfilling requests for access to IT applications and infrastructure services for UNFI personnel and clients by applying system knowledge and compliance acumen. This role fulfills requests in accordance with IT Standard Operating Procedures and in compliance with defined controls along with auditing access and compliance risks.
Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
· Monitors, triage, and fulfill incidents and requests based on priority.
· Monitors, triage, and fulfill escalations, expedites, and ISAD requests as needed.
· Assist customers with Cherwell process on how to compete the correct forms and redirecting them as needed.
· Update Cherwell requests with progress updates by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to accurately log all requests.
· Utilize SOPs to fulfill access requests (adds, updates, removes, and terminations)
· Utilize the defined controls to ensure adherence to audit and statutory requirements.
· Follow up with customers in a professional manner.
· Manage terminations by monitoring the HR termination list, creating requests, and removing access.
· Notify IT management of all critical requests and issues.
· Participate in collaboration meetings as needed.
· Provide customers with solutions, advice, and recommendations in a timely manner.
· Troubleshoot access related issues.
· Provides updates and assistance with the maintenance of departmental SOP and Knowledge Articles
· Participate in security and SOX audits on business systems, Active Directory, and terminations following established policy and schedules.
· Provide periodic on-call support as the business requires.
· Participate in BetterU training quizzes to ensure continuity across the team.
· Participates in UAT testing (Chargeback/MyAccess, etc.) Create SOPs and training documents.
· Provide application training.
· Create SOP and training materials.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Associate degree in computer science or related discipline and/or equivalent IT experience
· 1-3 years customer service experience preferred.
· Access fulfillment experience
· Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
· Experience working in a fast-paced high demand environment.
· Knowledge of assigned specific software system or application.
· Knowledge in Data Analytics and the ability to create data models.
