Job Description:

The Manager of Supply Chain Sustainability, you will be a key driver in integrating sustainable practices into our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for sustainable sourcing, conflict mineral monitoring, circular supply chain activities, and ensuring compliance with sustainability initiatives. Your role will contribute to our commitment to ethical and environmentally responsible supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Sustainable Sourcing:


  • Collaborate with suppliers to identify and source sustainable materials and products.

Evaluate and select suppliers based on their commitment to ethical and sustainable practices.

Develop and maintain a sustainable sourcing strategy that aligns with the organization's sustainability goals.


  1. Conflict Mineral Monitoring:


  • Oversee the tracking and reporting of conflict minerals in the supply chain.

Ensure compliance with conflict mineral regulations and support due diligence efforts.

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement conflict mineral risk mitigation strategies.


  1. Circular Supply Chain Activities:


  • Develop and implement initiatives to reduce waste, promote recycling, and increase product lifecycle in the supply chain.

Explore opportunities for circular economy practices, such as refurbishment, remanufacturing, and recycling.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive circular supply chain innovation.


  1. Supply Chain Compliance to Sustainability Initiatives:


  • Monitor and ensure compliance with sustainability initiatives, standards, and certifications.

Establish and maintain documentation and reporting processes related to sustainability compliance.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with sustainability goals and requirements.


  1. Supplier Engagement:


  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers to promote sustainable practices and drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with suppliers to develop sustainability action plans and set performance targets.

Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate and verify sustainability efforts.


  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:


  • Collect, analyze, and report on sustainability metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate sustainability performance to internal and external stakeholders.

Identify trends and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on sustainability.

Strong understanding of sustainable sourcing practices, circular economy concepts, and conflict mineral regulations.

Familiarity with sustainability standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 14001, Fair Trade, Responsible Minerals Initiative).

Proficiency in data analysis and the use of relevant supply chain software and tools.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
