Job Description

Our guests are always at home hereat the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess - and their Refreshment Center experience is no exception. As a Refreshment Center Attendant providing efficient and accurate service, you will ensure the enjoyment of our guests.

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service


• Service over 750 rooms and suites across a 65 acre property


• Have full knowledge of property and it's layout to assist guests and take efficient routes


• Maintain department standards or organization and layout


• Be able to track and inventory all items


• Record all items consumed by guests and charge accordingly


• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage


• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards


• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage service experience required


• Previous Point of Sale System experience preferred


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities


• Highly responsible & reliable


• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment


• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team


• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times


• Able to work flexible shifts, evenings, weekends & holidays


• Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines
